Raj Swami (President)

Mr. Swami is the Founder of 3i People, Inc. He has over 12 years of experience in implementing various technologies in the United States in the areas of Government, Education, Healthcare, and Utilities. Mr. Swami’s vision is to create an ethical Information Technologies Services Company focused on building useful solutions for 3i People clients. He holds a BS degree in Computer Science and Engineering and a FastTrac Graduate from Georgia State University..

Sathish Kumar (V.P. of Sales)

Kumar has been with 3i People Inc since its incorporation. He manages the client relationship with two of our largest, $1 Million, customers. Kumar also handles Sales Strategies, and oversee the process of Sales Activities and Quality Assurance. He brings nine years of Sales and Marketing experience to his position. Kumar holds a BS Degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

Buvi Raj (V.P. of Marketing)

Buvi has also been with 3i People Inc since its incorporation. She manages one of our largest clients in Atlanta, GA which rated 3i People as THIRD BEST VENDOR for several quarters over the past two years. Ms. Raj brings a combination of technical and business skills to 3i People. She received 3i People’s Best Salesperson Award for 2004 and 2005. She holds a BS Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and an MBA from Kennesaw State University (Atlanta, GA, 2004).

Rich Owens (Director Business Development)

Mr. Owens joined 3i People in 2006 and is responsible for helping to promote the company’s strengths and core business capabilities to Fortune 1000 companies across the United States for the purpose of identifying new business opportunities. He has extensive experience in helping companies redefine their unique value proposition and communicating that to perspective clients. Mr. Owens has worked with companies in various industries to enable them to be included in national corporate bids and organizations to obtain corporate sponsorships. Mr. Owens holds a BS degree in Public Relations from the University of San Francisco

Daniel Jones (Manager – Network Solutions)

Danny is associated with 3i People Inc since Oct 2004. He brings 7+ years of extensive experience in Internetworking technologies and in Data/Voice Communication to the organization. He is a Certified Ethical Hacker and holds many more IT certifications in areas of Networking, System Administration and IS Security. He has been an Information Technology Consultant with industry giants like Microsoft, Computer Associates, Cisco and Sun Microsystems. He holds a BS degree in Management Studies and Organizational Development.

Charmane Holland (Director - Human Resources)

Charmane Holland joined 3i People Inc., in January of 2007 and is responsible for employee relations and services; Policy development and documentation; and Employment compliance to regulatory concerns.. She brings 5 years of Human Resources Management experience to this position. Charmane attended Southern University at New Orleans where she majored in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management.
