3i People consultants will be eligible to participate in 401k from your date of hire. 3i People will match 25% of employee’s yearly contribution of up to $10,500. 3i People, Inc uses Great West Retirement Services to administer the 401k Plans.


Certifications & Training
3i People, Inc encourages all its employees to constantly update their knowledge base by doing certifications and Training in the required fields. 3i People, Inc will provide a certain percentage of the Certification fees based upon the approval by the Management.

Referrals
3i People, Inc encourages its employees to bring in quality consultants through Referrals. The Employee will

be paid $1000 as referral fees for the consultants hired inside the United States and $500 as referral fees for the consultants hired outside the United States.
