In 2002, Raj Swami founded 3i People in Alpharetta, Georgia on a belief that would shape everything that followed: real partnership requires a deeper kind of seeing.

He called it the Third Eye — an operating philosophy rooted in looking beyond the surface. Beyond titles, credentials, job descriptions, and immediate asks. Into fit, context, potential, business priorities, and long-term value.
