What you're consenting to

By providing your mobile phone number to 3i People (e.g., on a contact form, application, or interview-coordination call), you consent to receive transactional and informational SMS messages from us. Messages may include:

  • Interview coordination, scheduling, and reminders.
  • Application status updates and document requests.
  • Onboarding instructions and start-date confirmations.
  • Appointment confirmations for client meetings.
  • Optional: marketing or career-opportunity messages (only if you separately opt in).

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies depending on the stage of your engagement with 3i People. Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. 3i People does not charge a fee for the messages themselves.

How to opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile phone number to 3i People in connection with a service request, application, or active engagement. Where required by law, we will obtain explicit written consent.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP.

Privacy and data

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing. Information collected through SMS is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for the purposes described above.

Supported carriers

The SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
