Time & Materials (T&M)

Best for: staff augmentation, evolving scope, your team directs the work day-to-day. Pricing: hourly bill rate, weekly invoicing.

Fixed-fee (SOW)

Retainer

Best for: ongoing recruiting capacity — pipeline-build, exec search, niche skills. Pricing: monthly retainer, agreed roles or hours.

RPO & embedded

Best for: high-volume hiring, build-up phases, sourcing capacity gap. Pricing: per-hire fee, or per-recruiter monthly. Embedded inside your TA team.

MSP & VMS programs
