What we have shipped
- Semantic HTML5 across all pages (proper landmarks, headings, lists, forms).
- Visible keyboard focus states on every interactive element.
- "Skip to main content" link for screen-reader and keyboard users.
- Color contrast targeted at WCAG 2.1 AA on body text and primary interactive elements.
- Alt text on every meaningful image; decorative images marked as such.
- Form fields labeled, with autocomplete attributes for assistive technology.
- Status messages on forms tied to
role="status" and aria-live.
- Responsive layout that works without horizontal scrolling at 320 px and zoom up to 200%.
- Reduced-motion respect: scroll-triggered animations are subtle and non-essential.
What we are still improving
No site is perfectly accessible, and ours is no exception. We are actively working on:
- Expanded captions and transcripts on any video content we publish.
- Continued contrast tuning on lighter brand accents.
- More descriptive link text on internal navigation patterns.
- Periodic manual screen-reader testing (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack) on the highest-traffic pages.
Compatibility
The site is tested with current versions of the following:
- Browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Samsung Internet on desktop and mobile.
- Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack.
- Devices: Smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops at common viewport sizes from 320 px to 2560 px wide.
Known limitations
We are aware of a few areas that may not meet WCAG 2.1 AA in every situation:
- Some legacy embedded content (third-party widgets) may not meet our standard. We are working with vendors to upgrade or replace these.
- Older case-study assets created before 2024 may lack full alternative-text fidelity. Newer content meets our current standard.
- Complex data tables and dashboards (such as those in Leap Tiger™ product screenshots) are illustrative; the equivalent information is described in surrounding prose.

Assessment
This statement reflects an internal self-assessment combined with automated testing (axe DevTools, WAVE) and targeted manual screen-reader testing. We plan to engage a third-party accessibility partner for a full external audit within the next 12 months and will update this statement with the results.
