01 The Challenge

A diverse supplier needed at communications scale.

Cox needed a Diversity Supplier with access to a large pool of IT and non-IT resources, with the speed and quality to compete inside their MSP program. Most staffing vendors couldn't scale quickly enough — and the early years tested whether 3i could either.

The Approach

We examined the data, replicated Cox's scorecard, and built our own automated sourcing tool — what is now Leap Tiger™. The model encoded what Cox actually valued in every requisition, ranked candidates against it, and surfaced shortlists that recruiters could validate fast.

The Results

14 years on, Cox is still our flagship telecom partner. Cumulative placements have crossed 600. We now sit at top-3 of 30+ vendors with an average 12% fill ratio — far above the program average — and we provide high-volume program discounts because the relationship has earned the volume.
